Our flat-bid system ensures that you get a fair chance. In-house coaches assess each brief, before attaching a valuation. This bid price is the same for everyone, and we don't charge a percentage of any eventual coaching.

Not at all - and that’s by design! As a coach, you’re an independent professional running your own business. The Coach Place is here to support and connect you with potential clients, not to manage or employ you. We celebrate your independence and expertise.

While we can't promise every connection will turn into a contract, we’ve built The Coach Place to help maximise your visibility and opportunities.

After submitting your Quote, it’s in the client’s hands. They can review and respond in their own time. We encourage clients to be proactive and thoughtful, but the decision is ultimately theirs. Your role is to put your best foot forward, and we take care of getting you in front of the right eyes.

We totally understand how frustrating that can be. While client responses aren’t guaranteed, we’ve carefully designed the platform to attract genuinely interested clients. In some rare cases (like technical issues or misuse of the platform), we may offer a refund - but most of the time, a lack of response isn’t something we can control.

Mistakes happen! If you catch a genuine error in your Quote - like missing information or a formatting issue - please let us know within 24 hours. We allow one correction like this per year, so use it wisely.

We stay in the background so you can shine! While we facilitate the connection, the actual coaching relationship and service delivery are entirely yours. If issues arise, they’ll need to be addressed directly between you and the client.

We know your time is valuable. While we can't offer direct compensation in these cases, we retain the right to offer you free quotes in the event of multiple no-shows or in cases where we believe the client has not acted in an appropriate manner.

We encourage double-checking everything before submitting, as changes aren't built into the process by default. If something major went wrong, reach out to us quickly - we’ll do our best to support you within the limits of the policy.

Yes, although this will be through payment-in-kind in the majority of cases. If the Brief turns out to be fraudulent, if there's a serious technical issue, or if the client disappears entirely after posting, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion. In any such case, we will proactively discuss the situation with you and other affected coaches.

Not directly. We respect your craft and leave the coaching to you. You're fully responsible for the client relationship, but we’re always here to support your success and help you connect with clients who value your work.
